Where do you ship from
We exclusively operate online, and our headquarters and warehouse are located in Singapore, where all orders will be processed and fulfilled.
How much is the shipping cost?
Local Delivery
Free Shipping: All Singapore orders are entitled to free delivery.
International Delivery
Economy Shipping: Flat rate $10 for all countries worldwide.
Express Shipping: Flat rate $20 for all countries worldwide with insurance.
We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends. For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 - 5 days in these cases.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Page for estimated delivery time. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).
Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partner directly about any missing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.
You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress.
Please provide an accurate home / office delivery address, email address and
mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Please do ensure someone is at your home / office to receive your parcel.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination
customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit
Can I change my shipping address?
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly contact us as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
Do understand that, we are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.
What if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centre.
Standard shipping fees of $10 will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
In the event if the parcel is declared lost in delivery by the courier company, we will either
1. Re-ship out a new parcel to you
2. Refund you the amount in terms of store credit.
Will I be charged custom fees, duties and taxes? If so, how much will it be?
Your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or other surcharges imposed by your country’s customs authorities. Additional handling or storage fees may also be applied by the courier, if applicable.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. The courier may contact you directly for official documents—such as tax invoices or proof of payment—if required for customs clearance.
Even if your order is marked as a gift, it is still subject to the standard import process and may incur taxes if its value exceeds your country’s tax-free threshold.

Please note: All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your card information.
What currency are accepted?
We offer worldwide shipping. All prices on our website are shown in your selected currency for reference. Exchange rates are updated periodically and may vary.
I do not have a Paypal Account, can I still order using Paypal?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay—simply use your Credit or Debit Card. Here’s how:

Why does my credit card keep getting rejected?
To ensure maximum security, our system includes safeguards to prevent inaccurate or unauthorized transactions.

For your protection, a fraud prevention system is active at checkout. If your card is declined more than three times, we recommend using a different card.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to easily follow your parcel’s journey with real-time updates on its status and location.

Can I make changes to the order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to make any modifications.
We kindly recommend reviewing all details and items carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Can I cancel the order?
To cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may not be accepted, as your order could already be in processing.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note: Cancellations and exchanges are not permitted during sale periods.
Can I use more than 1 discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
How will my jewels arrive?
Each order is carefully inspected and thoughtfully packaged in a box for your convenience. To help you care for your jewelry, we include a cleaning cloth and storage pouches. In support of our eco-friendly initiative, receipts are sent via email instead of being printed and included in the parcel.
What happens if I receive a wrong or defective product?
We sincerely apologize if you received an item different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll make sure to send you the correct items.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Visit our contact form or email us at soulcreationjewellery@gmail.com.
2. Clearly explain the issue and attach a clear photo of the incorrect item. (Please note: blurry or unclear images may not be accepted for return assessments.) Our customer service team will assist you, evaluating each case according to our return and exchange policies.
3. Be sure to include your order number in the email. Our team will personally guide you through the next steps.

What are the Jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is handcrafted with care using a variety of high-quality materials, including glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones, and metal components. For metal pieces, we offer options in solid gold, gold-filled, and 925 sterling silver plated with rhodium—unless stated otherwise.
Each piece is finished with a protective layer of e-coating (short for electrophoretic coating), a water-based solution that helps preserve the jewelry’s shine and luster over time. This added touch ensures every piece stays beautiful for longer.
Because our jewelry is made by hand, slight variations in color, size, or finishing may occur—adding to the unique charm and character of each piece. We also use natural materials like stones, feathers, leather, and other organic elements, which may have subtle differences in texture, color, or shape due to their natural origins.

Can I still wear your jewelry if I have sensitive skin?
All our pieces are crafted without nickel, lead, or cadmium—common irritants that can cause skin sensitivity.

How to care for the jewelry?
All our pieces are wear-tested by real people for 30 days and go through thorough quality checks—so you receive only the best.
That said, every jewel deserves a little extra love and care!
To keep them shining, avoid direct contact with moisture and chemicals such as hand sanitizers, household cleaners, and pool water. Whenever possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying products.
How to Clean:
To maintain your jewelry’s shine, we recommend gently wiping each piece with our Jewel Polishing Cloth after wear. This helps remove natural oils, sweat, and residue that can lead to tarnishing.
Note: Our polishing cloth is coated with silver-wiping powder that removes oxidation but does not eliminate scratches or marks. Use gently, as the cloth can be mildly abrasive.
How to Store:
Gold- and silver-plated jewelry may eventually tarnish if exposed to air over time. To preserve their beauty, store your pieces in a cool, dry place—ideally in a jewelry box or travel pouch to protect them when not in use.

Return Policy
- Returns are valid for parcel received within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays)
- Items on 'Sale/Clearance' are not valid for returns
- Purchased items can only be returned once
- Returns can be processed in store credit or monetary refund
- Cost of shipping fees will be deducted for those that opt for monetary refunds
- Return requests must comply with our validity conditions
- Return requests are not instantly validated and may take up to 10 business days for the entire procedure to be concluded
- Urgent return requests will not be entertained
- If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase, they will also need to be returned
- Any shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages.
- If a customer decides to return a part of their order for a cash refund, the order will no longer quality for any promotional discounts The amount of the cash refund will be deducted, and we might charge a lower discount rate or the retail price for the remaining items.
- Returns will strictly be rejected for Jewelry that is returned damaged or not in it's original packaging.
- Soul Creation Jewelry reserves the right to reject any returns if it does not comply with our terms and conditions.

- In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.
- In it's original packaging (excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
- We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to the customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.
Are returns free?

Please ensure the courier service is reliable. Returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit will not be eligible for returns.

Products that are damaged through improper handling of the products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
